The Comenius project 2006 -2008: (E)U know?
The aim of the Comenius project 2006 -2008 '(E)U know?' was to investigate and analyse how facts and knowledge about the EU are taught at upper secondary school level in Belgium, France and Sweden. How is the concept of EU citizenship implemented in the school systems?
The expected outcome of the project was a joint comparative report and initiating a EU knowledge competition. The main activities included a comparison in teaching basic materials and other sources, a visit to to the EU-parliament, and a comparison of EU-law ratification in each activity.
